The original design for this gemstone was inspired by the Cassini spacecraft photos of the North Pole of Saturn (see photo) that shows a large hexagon with huge storms raging inside. This pattern has a hexagon within the round design on both the pavilion and crown, staggering them such that a double hexagon is seen when viewing through the table. Then 24-ray stars are cut within the hexagons on both pavilion and crown.
